| Sweet Lips use the world renown sweet cherries produced in the lush valleys around Hobart. They are picked when they are sweet and perfect to eat. They are rapidly cooled to prevent flavour loss then gently dried in the special drying system developed by Dry Ideas specially for the drying of cherries. This system does not use hot air nor does it use sulphur or other chemical preservatives commonly used by other processors. Nearly 5 kg of fresh cherries are used to make every kg of dried fruit which are packed full of flavour.
