A rich fruity dry cherry wine.  Made from the sweet black cherries grown in Tasmania.  Ruby Dry has an excellent robust cherry character making it an ideal accompaniment to red meat, game and strong cheese.

As with all our products it is produced without the addition of sulphur or other preservatives.

Ruby Dry was a bronze medal winner at Australian Fruit Wine Show 2005 and 2006.
