A fruit wine with a difference.   It is made from a special blend of sweet and sour cherry juice as well as apricot juice.  The juice is extracted from the fruit via a special system developed by Dry Ideas.  The juice is then fermented for a period of months prior to being finished off and presented to you for your enjoyment. 

This wine gained a silver medal at the Australian Fruit Wine show 2004 & 2006. 

As with all our products it is produced without the addition of sulphur or other preservatives.

This wine contains 12.5% alcohol/volume.
