TasRouge use the same highly coloured and flavoured fruit that have been specially selected to produce TasGold dried apricots. 

We have developed a further step in the production of TasRouge.  Prior to drying we infused the apricots in cherry juice to impart a lovely red colour to the fruit and to add a slight cherry flavour. 

These fruit are great to treat guests to as part of a cheese platter.  Alternatively they are fantastic with a cool drink after a hard days work.  Great in packed lunches as well. 

Sulphur or other preservatives are not used making TasRouge a nutritious, naturally healthy product.
