Ruby Lips are delicious dried cerasus cherries of  varieties such as Morello, famed for their intense tangy flavour.   We process cherries from the Derwent Valley in southern Tasmania, they are harvested and processed when fully ripe to ensure maximum flavour and nutritive value.  The fruit are dried in a cold temperature dryer which has been developed to specially maintain as much flavour as possible.  As a result Ruby Lips are so delicious it is impossible to stop eating them.

Their sharp tangy flavour combines well with poultry and game.  I add them to my turkey stuffing and blend some with a little of our cherry wine to make a delicious sauce to accompany this.

Ruby Lips combine well with cheese and turn an ordinany cheese platter into a gourmet experience.

As with all our products we do not use sulphur or preservatives in their production.  Enjoy the natural wholsome goodness of pure fruit.
